⚡ Activate or renew a subscription

Type the customer's email (the one they signed up with), confirm the sessions and the price they actually paid, then activate. The price is stored on their subscription, so raising the package price later never changes what they pay.

Customers

Everyone with an account. Open one to see their subscription, visits and reports.

Reports

Completed visits and the report written for each one.

Payment details

Where clients send the money. Change it here and every client sees the new details immediately — no new build.

Unsaved changes

Who can see this: only a signed-in client, on the screens that tell them how to pay or renew. Not on the landing page, not in the public catalogue, and not readable by anyone browsing without an account — the database refuses it.

Account information

The name the transfer should be made out to.

Bank information

The IBAN is checked against its own checksum before anything is saved.

Receipts

The number the client’s “Send payment receipt via WhatsApp” button opens.

Client payment notes

Optional. Shown to the client directly under the bank details.
Unsaved changes What is saved is read back out of the database before this reports success.

Renewals

Every active subscription, soonest to end first.

A cycle runs thirty days from the day you activated it, and unused sessions do not carry over — so a client with sessions left and days running out is the one to call, not the one who has already used everything. This list comes from subscriptions rather than requests, so a client who has never booked still appears. Test accounts are shown but marked.

Packages

Everything the app shows about a package — name, price, what is included, and whether it appears at all.

Two prices, on purpose. The founding price applies until the founding places run out. The regular price takes over automatically after that — leave it empty while it is undecided and the app shows no figure rather than a wrong one. Neither ever changes what an existing client pays: their price is frozen on their own subscription the day you activate them.

Add a package

Created hidden, so nobody sees it until you fill it in and set it live.

Leads

Candidates discovered from Jeddah hospitality job adverts. Review, approve or reject — the reason you give is what trains the next filter.

Professional Visit Report

DRAFT
01
Executive SummaryWhat was the visit about, what mattered most, and what was achieved?
02
Findings & Work CompletedWhat did we find, and what did we work on, fix or train during the visit?
03
RecommendationsWhat should the client continue, change or implement after the visit?
04
Action Plan & Next StepsOne card per action: what to do, why it matters, how urgent, who owns it, and when it is due. The client report is built from these five fields.
05
The Next MoveWhat this client should work on next, and why. This is what their Home screen shows after the visit — leave it empty and the app says nothing rather than guessing.
